Atomic Holiday Bazaar III, 2008 Application

Acceptance of applications closes October 31, 2008.

Date of Show: Sunday, December 14, 2008, noon - 6 p.m.

Location: Sarasota Municipal Auditorium, Sarasota, FL

PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE ONLY A FEW BOOTH & TABLE SPACES LEFT. DUE TO THIS ALMOST INSTANT SELL-OUT I WILL NOT BE MAKING ANY DECISIONS REGARDING AWARDING OF BOOTH/TABLE SPACE UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER.

If you plan on sharing a booth or a table with other crafters , please provide all information of your parter(s) in the "Additional Crafters" section. Be sure to include their Name, email address and website address. Please note booth space may be shared with three (3) crafters, table space may be shared with two (2) crafters. However, I am flexible...email me at info@atomicholidaybazaar.com if you have questions regarding space!

You will be notified within two weeks of receipt of your application whether you have been accepted or not.

** If you are interested in splitting a table but don't have a business to split the space with, please make your comments in the "Additional Information" box at the bottom of this form and I will try to partner you with another crafter.**
